SALES & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Law Office in its third year of business is looking for a communicative Legal Receptionist with Sales experience who will bring the Sales Department and Operations to a whole new level.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer & Perform sales calls to prospective clients
- Track lead generation and adapt lead generation strategy
- Answer the companies main line, direct calls, take messages and provide administrative support in all areas
- Handle client & creditor inquiries
- Organize and oversee office supplies
- Provide positive warm customer service
- Assist in database management
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Experience in Sales
- Great phone voice
- Show compassion to clients are in distress
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in administrative support
- Ability to work with Excel
- Experience with Salesforce and Quickbooks software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Stress resistance
- Flexibility
